"Ballz Safe!"
Well I can verify that with the correct attachment, the Varangian Trimmer is definitely, ballz safe! Best trim I've had on both my head and ballz. Just make sure to wash/clean before switching!

"Trimmer and most of the attachments are the best I've experienced "
I love almost everything about this product; the only thing I have any problem with is the 17-length guard. It's not your traditional shape, so it's a little difficult to figure out how to use it. A video showing how to use it would be helpful, but that is literally my only complaint.

"Poor Customer Service"
I don't have another place to leave this review but someone needs to see this if you plan on ordering this, maybe trying it out, then returning it. This company's customer service is quite awful. In order to start a return I had to chat with them directly, to which they informed me that I must take photos of the packaging of contents and box of my return from all sides. After submitting 12 images via chat, I was made aware that it would take 24 TO 48 HOURS to get a return label. Please keep in mind here that the first thing I mentioned to my friend Alex in the chat here is that I had not opened anything. I get the sense that this company is quite small, considering the warehouse needs 3 to 5 business days and 12 pictures to deliver a return label for an unopened package. There's also a smaller, but infuriating detail of the chat feature that someone at this company should look into. When chatting, pressing Enter creates a new line instead of sending the message. Ctrl+Enter also does not send the message. You have to click the tiny send icon with your mouse. Whose idea was this? This is truly horrendous functionality. I have now gotten all my frustrations out.
