Gift Cards
If you wish to use both your gift card and discount code during the checkout process, please follow these steps.
1. Add the gift card code to your cart.
2. When you reach the checkout page, click the back button and reopen the cart.
3. Once in the cart, enter your discount code into the relevant box and then proceed to checkout again.
4. The gift card and discount code should now both be reflected on the checkout page.
Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
Your subscription products from The Beard Struggle will automatically renew based on the delivery schedule you choose. When you sign up, you'll select how often you want your products delivered (shipping frequency), and we'll automatically charge your payment method according to that schedule. By completing your subscription sign-up, you're agreeing to these automatic renewals and charges.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
