Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

   This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by The Beard Struggle (“Sponsor”), located at 8385 St George St #5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

   The Giveaway is open only to legal residents (click here for country list), who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) as of the date of entry. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

   The Giveaway begins on January 10 and ends on January 31, 2025. All entries must be received by January 31, 2025, to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

   There are two ways to enter:

   • Purchase Method: Earn 1 entry for every $1 spent on https://www.thebeardstruggle.com/. Double entries (2x) will be awarded for the purchase of the New Year Bundle.
   • Free Entry Method: To enter without purchase, visit https://www.thebeardstruggle.com/ or send a postcard with your name, email address, and phone number to 8385 St George St #5, Vancouver, BC V5X 4P3. Postcards must be postmarked by January 31, 2025, and received by January 31, 2025.

   Limit: Unlimited entries per person regardless of entry method.

5. Prizes

   Grand Prize: $10,000 USD cash (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000). Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

   Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor or its designee on or about February 4th, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

   Winners will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity

   By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Release of Liability

   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy Policy

   Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.thebeardstruggle.com/policies/privacy-policy.

10. General Conditions

    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such an event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.

11. Governing Law

    The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the (click here for country list), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

12. Void Where Prohibited

    This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
