TIS' THE SEASON TO BEARD JOLLY!

As old St. Nicholas, better known as Santa and his trusty elves are hard at work stacking up the sleigh in time for Christmas, bearded folks around the world have been equally creative when it comes to festively jollying up their marvellous 'man-manes' in the name of Christmas. The last couple of years 'beardies' have taken to social media to share their furry faces decorated with beard baubles, glitter, tinsel and everything in between. This year is proving no different, besides peoples creativity!

This year we're seeing larger amounts of bearded men joining in on the Christmas spirit, and now we even have Christmas beard lights! Yes, lights that would usually sit on your tree, but on a slightly smaller scale for your furry face. Whilst I can only assume these are battery powered lights, they do add a touch of festive cheer to a man's beard this Christmas. Although I'm not entirely convinced these lights were first created with beards in mind they are rather easy to pick up online as well as your nearest £1 store (Or to be globally correct, $1 store). I'll be digging out my glittery balls (Christmas baubles that is! Your mind is corrupt!) and slapping on some tinsel in an attempt to join in on all the fun. The last time I took part was a few years ago when my beard was much shorter, so it should be rather interesting what me and the wife can sculpt together this time around.

I would like to urge everyone regardless on your beards shape or size to take part too. Share your festive shots with us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter using the hashtag #TBSChristmas and we might just feature you in our Christmas special beard blog post! So, what are you waiting for? Go dig out that spare tinsel, dust off that Santa Claus hat, and throw on an extra sprinkle of glitter and become as festively creative as you can possibly be!
