Top of the morning to you all, and welcome back everyone's misjudged day of the week, our good friend; Monday! Here's hoping that your weekend was long, eventful and fun for all the right reasons! Today We are going to march on forth with our 'No Shave November' tips, tricks and 'fool proof beard boosting' guides, giving you, our marvelous blog readers the advantage in the face fuzz growing department.
So, let us begin today's blog topic, which is smartly titled How To Boost Your Beard Growth Game This November...
EAT YOUR WAY TO A BETTER BEARD!
Hand selecting the right foods to include in your day to day diet might just give you the upper hand when it comes to growing out your face fuzz. Natural foods, such as fruit and veggies are always good for your overall wellbeing, but selecting foods that are rich in a vitamin known as 'Biotin' has proven benefits to help with your hair's growth, as well as you finger and toe nails, pretty odd, but true nonetheless.
Biotin can be naturally sourced in a variety of the food we choose to eat, from eggs, almonds, nuts and many meats as well as dairy products like milk cheese and butters. The other option you have is to purchase yourself biotin supplement capsules, which cut out the need to be too picky with the food that you chose to eat. These are relatively inexpensive and can be purchased from most if not all health stores, as well as the worldwide interwebs.
EXERCISE DAILY FOR BETTER RESULTS!
Exercise much? Yeah, me neither, but maybe we should! As it has been proven that getting your sweat on (not like that, you filthy mucker!) in the name of exercise could actually help improve your beard growing game.
Working out helps boost a mans natural testosterone levels, which in turn helps boost how your facial hair can grow, leaving the beholder with a few extra hairs on your chinny chin chin. Now, if that isn't a great excuse to get yourself moving more often, then I don't know what is!
TAKE CARE OF YOUR FACE GRUFF DAILY!
After a few weeks, if not months of growing your facial hair you might have a rather impressive face full of whiskers that now resemble a friggin awesome beard of your own.
Now that you face fluff is playing its part it is time for you to step up and take jolly good care of your newfound fuzz. Doing so is rather simple, as all you have to do is keep your gruff clean with a gentle beard wash and conditioner, hydrated with a premium beard oil and/or balm and straight and tidy with the help of a beard comb or boar bristle brush. And by following these simple steps each and every day you're actively taking great care of your face whiskers, giving them a fighting chance to grow out thicker and fuller as you continue to grow on forward.
EVERYTHING TAKES A LITTLE TIME, MY FURRY FACED FRIEND!
But when all's said and done you just have to, as the cool kids would say 'chillax' and give things a little time in order to flourish out to its full potential. Some gents are truly blessed in their gene pool which helps them to grow, and seem to sprout out a wizardly beard in what feels like next to no time, whereas the next guy might take a touch longer. It just depends on many factors. So, stay calm, and be patient Brothers.
So, don't feel too deflated it you are one of the slow growers, as following our steps and sitting tight might just be the break your facial hair needs my Brother.
So, that sees another 'No Shave November' blog come to a close for today my furry faced friends and fuzzy admirers. As always be sure to leave us a penny for your thoughts in the comments section you'll find provided below.
And until next time, Beard on Brothers, Beard on...
