Hello and a warm welcome back to everyone's favourite one-shop beard blog stop on the internet, the TBS blog!

Let's start as we mean to go forward with today's topic at hand, as we discuss a few reasons why some men, no matter how hard they may try just cannot seem to muster up a beard to call their own.

Today's topic is smartly titled - Here's Why Some Men Cannot Grow A Beard. No Matter How Hard They Try...

POOR LIFESTYLE CHOICES CAN IMPACT YOUR BEARD GROWING ABILITIES!

If you lead a rather lethargic lifestyle and choose to indulge in all the wrong foods, the chances are this will play some sort of impact on your beards growing abilities and overall wellbeing.

Slurping down tons of junk food and being fairly inactive will also add to your issues. Not only is this not good for your health, but it will also contribute to poor facial hair quality, and slow things down in the process.

So, the simple fix here would be to find a balanced diet you can keep to, and a pattern of exercise to follow. You'll feel much better in the long term and so will your beard.

BAD FACIAL HAIR CARE ROUTINE WILL ALSO PLAY ITS PART!

Some folks choose not to use beard care products, and usually for a whole host of reasons.

It could be to save on the cost, it might be that they don't feel their beard will benefit anything from doing so.

Some say the men back in the history books didn't use such products, so why should we be using them? Well, that is where they could be wrong.

It has been proven that Vikings and Roman Emperors used to take great care of their facial hair, and some would even go as far as to dye their face fuzz.

TRIMMING TOO OFTEN MIGHT BE A RELEVANT ISSUES TOO!

Sometimes our facial hair growth heavily relies on us to...just leave it well alone and let it do its thing!

More often than not I meet men who say they have no luck when it comes to growing out any facial hair when I ask how come, they usually respond with 'after a few weeks it felt scruffy and uneven so I shaved.'

When in truth if they'd have given it more time and let things grow your beard would have likely filled out and grown thicker, fuller all in good time.

So, when you start to sprout, do not be tempted to trim, shape tweak in any way shape or form for several weeks, if not months. It's far too soon and your facial hair needs time to grow.

OR MAYBE YOUR NOT GENETICALLY BALANCED TO GRO A FULLER, THICKER BEARD?

And the last point that has to be mentioned could be down to your family genetics. We often inherit certain traits and features from our parents, and your facial hair is no different.

So, if your grandfather and his grandfather before him packed quite the impressive beard, the chances are you are equally as blessed in the beard growth department.

Whereas is your father and his father before him struggled to muster a little facial hair there's a good chance you will also fall on a similar fate.
