BIGGER DOESN'T ALWAYS MEAN BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR BEARD

It is no secret that many of us bearded kind are rather attached to our beards. They take a ton of time and patience to grow out into an impressive display of face fuzz, and the very thought of being without it makes many of us shudder.

I've been growing my beard now for a good few years and it has become a huge part of my being and personal character. I'm taking great care of my face fuzz whilst letting grow out as big as humanly possible, but that doesn't mean bigger is necessarily better.

When it comes to male grooming, it's about finding what fits your lifestyle and image, so simply allowing your furry face to 'wild out' may not work for you as well as it might for another.

So, today I wanted to look at a few tricks of the trade that can help minimize and maintain the upkeep of a shorter, more manageable beard. Let us begin...

THE SHORTER THE BEARD THE SIMPLER THE UPKEEP!

If you've opted in for a more manageable, minimalist beard, then it may prove most helpful for yourself to discover the right length for your beard to be, which in turn will lower it's upkeep.

It's about finding what works best for you and then to maintain it. If you go too short on your trim, you might not be happy with the result, whereas if you leave your beard to grow out this may still result in undesired results, so tread cautiously to start.

Once you've found the length you are happy with, try to maintain that length and style be it trimming in the comfort of your own home with a beard trimmer, or be it at a beard barbers who knows exactly what they are doing. It's important to keep on top of things.

KEEP THOSE FACE WHISKERS CLEAN AT ALL COST!

Now you've found what beard style works best for you we strongly recommend you begin using beard wash and conditioners. Unlike other regular shampoos, these products are specifically designed with your beard in mind, and won't cause you any unseen problems.

We suggest you keep your beard clean washing a small handful of times per week, to help keep your facial hair follicles clean and soft, helping further promote a balanced, healthy growing beard.

NOW YOU ARE ALL SET WITH YOUR STYLE, WHAT TOOLS WILL YOU NEED FOR THE JOB AT HAND?

If you are happy with your now minimalist beard you'll be happy to know that it is pretty simple and straightforward to help keep on top of your day-to-day grooming routine. All you will need is a premium quality beard oil and/or balm, a trusty beard comb, some beard wash and conditioner and a little practice.

'TBS' beard oils and balms are the perfect blend of essential oils to help keep your skin and your beard healthy. Using these products will provide your beard with the correct balance of hydration it needs and looking at it's absolute finest, whilst taking good care of your face hidden beneath the fluff.

And it's as simple as that Discover, clean and maintain. Any suggestions you'd like to add? Then let us have them in the comments section you'll find proved below.
