Hello and good day to you all, as we welcome you back to the TBS beard blog!
Today I wanted to revisit everyone's favourite read, and guide you 4 tips to grow your beard longer...
PUT SIMPLE...LET IT GROW!
Ok, granted this might seem to be the most obvious pointer I could offer you, but first things first, you've gotta let things grow out nicely!
More often than not a new beard itches, scratches and makes you feel scruffy, so much so that you may be tempted to shave it off or quit out. But don't! As good this grow upon the faces of those who wait!
NEVER SKIP YOUR BEARD CARE ROUTINE!
Once you have some whiskers and you begin your beard care routine, it's very important that you stick with it.
Don't be tempted to sip it, stick with it, and you'll reap optimal results. SO slap on some oil, balms or butter and do so each and every day. Your whiskers will thank you for it.
DON'T TRIM SO SOON!
So, you have a somewhat decent growing, flowing beard and you're now tempted to take a trip to the beard barbers for a trim or go it alone in the comfort of your own home?
Think before you chop! Most times if you're trying to grow a fuller looking longer beard, trimming, even ever so slightly will only bring disappointment.
I rarely trim mine, but instead, tidy up my sideburns and any scraggly hairs that I might find along the way.
EAT RIGHT, AND EXERCISE PLENTY!
Here's something we could all learn from, but eating a balanced diet and participating in a more active lifestyle will, in turn, grant you with every possible advantage to grow out an awesome beard.
Eating foods that are naturally high in biotin will boost your growing game, as well as you finer and toenails (true story). Biotin can be found in many food choices, liver and most meats, eggs, nuts, and seeds including sweet potato to name but a few.
Exercise also boosts testosterone, which can help boost beard growth plenty, it's been proven to be true by studies and science and all that fun stuff. So, dusting off those gym sneakers and joining your local gym may just be the boost your facial hair needs.
That sees everything wrapped up for today's beard blog, as always let us hear your thoughts in the comments section below.
