4 REASONS WHY SOME MEN MIGHT STRUGGLE TO GROW A BEARD

I love my beard and all that it stands for, it is not only the first thing that most people notice about me, but it has become almost an extension to my character and personality. Sadly, not everyone is 'blessed' in the facial hair department, and no matter what they might try, struggle to muster up as little as a couple of whiskers upon their chin.

But what are the main reasons some men can't grow a beard all that easily? and most importantly can anything be done to reverse this misfortune? today let us discuss 4 Reasons Why Some Men Struggle To Grow A Beard...

COULD IT BE LOW TESTOSTERONE THAT IS TO BLAME?

It becomes too much of an easy target to simply point the finger at the lack of a man's testosterone levels as to why face fuzz becomes impossible to grow. When in truth, it's probably not just this reason at all. Yes, testosterone levels tend to differ from one man to another, but the usual complications that come from this are usually decreased muscle mass, lack of body hair and even possible erectile dysfunction issues. But simply drawing a circle around lower levels of the 'T' doesn't help any, as usually this alone is not the problem at hand when it comes to the lack of growth.

DOES YOUR FAMILY GENETICS COME INTO PLAY AT ALL?

Of course, your family genetics do play a valuable role on how your beard will grow. Although it is believed that this usually comes from your mother's side of the family, and rather than determine your beards ability to grow out long, it usually plays a stronger part in determining its shape, shade and thickness. Now, we are not suggesting your Mother could grow out an impressive goatee beard if she wished to do so, but instead these genetics are usually sourced from that side of the family tree, rather than from your Momma herself.

IT COULD BE THAT YOU ARE EXPECTING TOO MUCH TOO SOON!

sometimes we give ourselves such a hard time expecting things to happen almost overnight. When it truth, we need to remember good things come to those who wait. If you are in your early to mid twenties the chances are you are just a 'late bloomer', so to speak.

In a day and age where everything in the world is so instant, we all need to learn to remember to be a little more patient. Growing a long, thicker, fuller beard won't happen in a day, a week, a month or for some even a year. But if you stick with it the results are yours to be had, Brother.

IT MIGHT BE POOR SKIN THAT IS THE CULPRIT FOR YOUR LACK OF FACIAL HAIR!

If you suffer from poor skin in some cases this could slow down the growing process, where in more serious cases of bad skin conditions they could stop growth and/or cause sightly patching to begin.

Thankfully most skin conditions are treatable and don't leave any permanent issues in later life, and if you take care of these sooner rather than later you shouldn't have any lasting problems when it comes to growing out a beard. So worry not my friend.

THANKFULLY IT IS NOT THE END FOR YOU AND YOUR HOPEFUL BEARD!

If you have read just about every trick in the book and are still struggling to force out the face fuzz all is not lost. Thankfully there are many options you can try before throwing in the towel. From beard boosting formulas, to premium beard growing and thickening balms and oils. And if all else fails there's even the option to have a beard transplant. Seriously, they are booming in the United States right now. So if you want that beard, you can most certainly have it, Brother.
